The Tonneko returns
Hello, we are Tonneko, a cat club of Tohoku University students!
I have a question for you, who are reading this. Most of you probably have never heard of a “cat club” before reading this, but what kind of activities do you think we do?
Tonneko is a cat club that raises cats on campus to learn more about them and to actually conduct activities to protect them, with the goal of “no cats being killed”. In addition to these activities, we also visit cat cafes and cat islands as a group of members who love cats!
At the festival, we will have a panel display about our cat protection activities and a cat quiz, a “Cat Grand Prix” to decide the cutest cat on campus, original goods for sale, a corner for fostering, a rest area with snacks and books, and much more!
We are looking forward to seeing everyone who is even slightly interested in cats, who wants to own a cat, and who is not interested in cats.
