Hello everyone! We are coffambers, Tohoku University coffee circle. Since last summer, in addition to our regular activities such as cupping and study sessions, we have been opening a store at events and renting a café between events.
Have you ever heard of “specialty coffee”? This time, we have prepared many plans to convey the appeal of “specialty coffee! We will offer non-bitter, fruity coffee that makes use of the uniqueness of the beans. Of course, we will have our standard sweets too. We will also have a talk session with guest roasters from inside and outside of Miyagi Prefecture, as well as a cafe tour handbook with a list of cafes in Miyagi Prefecture for sale.
