Michinoku 500 million years of progress
Hello! It’s a geology seminar!
This year’s theme, which will be the first store opening in 4 years, is “Michinoku’s 500 million years of progress”.
Fossils and minerals collected by club members will be exhibited according to the era with commentary.

<fossil>
We will exhibit fossils such as trilobites and ammonites collected in the Tohoku region by our club members so far. Other fossils from all over Japan, including Hokkaido, will also be exhibited.
<Mineral>
In the mineral group, we will exhibit and explain minerals (such as high-temperature quartz) and jade that can be taken in Miyagi Prefecture, as well as exhibits minerals that glow with black light.
<Geography>
We will exhibit photos and explanations of the places visited in the patrol, as well as maps (Cultural Atlas) made by members.
