Hello, this is the Rakugo Research Department of Tohoku University!
In this club activity, we will make a rakugo performance titled Kawauchi Yose.
It will be held on the first and second days, and a total of more than 40 performances will be announced.
We are planning to perform a wide range of performances, such as stories that can feel the atmosphere of Edo and Meiji, funny stories, hollow stories and horror stories!
In addition to classical rakugo, there is also a project called three-topic story. The three-topic story is an attempt by the club members to create a new rakugo and announce it based on the three themes given in advance. It’s a one-time story, so if you miss this, you won’t be able to see it forever! Why don’t you become a witness to a new rakugo?
Those who have never heard rakugo are very welcome! All members of the club are working hard so that everyone can enjoy it.
